Readings include the works of: Plato, Aristotle, René Descartes, Blaise Pascal, John Locke, Thomas Hobbes, John Stuart Mill, Immanuel Kant, Karl Marx, Friedrich Nietzsche, Bertrand Russell, Laozi, Confucius and Buddha.
