Offers an introduction to bioorganic chemistry, including carbohydrates, lipids, amino acids and proteins, nucleic acids, mass spectrtoscopy (MS), ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis), infrared (IR), and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopies.
